- Payment Information: When you make payments, we collect transaction details. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment card information securely. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

- Service & Traffic Data (Metadata): When you use our Services to make or receive calls, we generate and collect metadata. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Call Detail Records (CDRs): The calling party’s number (CLI), the called party’s number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and routing information.
- IP Addresses: The IP addresses of the devices connecting to our platform.
- Service Configuration Data: Information about how you have configured our Services, such as call routing rules or dialer settings.
- Website Usage Data: When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about your device and browsing activity using cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and the dates/times of your visits.
- c) Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect:
- Content of Communications: We do not access or store the content of your phone calls (the audio) or other communications, except as transiently necessary to transmit them through our network or as explicitly directed by you (for example, if you use a call recording feature). You, the Customer, are responsible for the content of your communications.

- Third-Party Vendors: We use third-party vendors for functions such as payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support software. These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
